Ira W. Mecham Funeral Service
Funeral services were held June 9th in the Tropic ward chapel for Ira W Mecham. Family prayer, Gary Don Mecham; song, "I Know That My Redeemer Lives," choir; invocation, Bishop Ivor Riggs; tribute, Kay Brown; piano and organ duet, Elaine Riggs and Hope Truman; talk, James S. Munson; vocal trio, Marlene Haws, Geraldine Liston, Deon Alvey; talk, Bishop Clive Bybee; vocal solo, Elaine Riggs; song, "Sometime We'll Understand," choir; benediction, Otto Stewart. The grave was dedicated by Stanley Mecham.
Mr. Mecham died June 6th at his home in Tropic of natural causes. He was born Feb. 4, 1923 to Emery J. and Elizabeth Hatch Mecham in Tropic.
Survivors: brothers, sisters, Malen, John and Viva Mecham, Tropic; Starns, Escalante; Mrs. Ardelle Riggs, Hatch.
