Second wife of John C. McFadden, Sr. (1809-1900). John's first wife, Elizabeth Newcomb McFadden, died in 1880. Mary and John were married in 1884. Mary was married previously on August 12, 1841 in Clinton County, Ohio, to Benjamin Bellamy Page (1812-1864). She had twelve children with Benjamin including: George Washington, John Wesley, Harriet Annie, Matilda Frances, Nancy Jane, Mary Elizabeth, Emma Melissa, Benjamin Edmund, Benson West, Derinda Caroline, Elmer Ellsworth and Silas B. Page. Mary was the daughter of Hugh Hamilton and Matilda (Crispin) Hamilton Page. She was the stepdaughter of Wesley Page, who was also her uncle.
