Services for Nina E. Abbott, 92, of Oklahoma City, will be held on Wednesday, October 23, 1991 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of the Resurrection Cemetery. Mrs. Abbott was born on January 10, 1899 in Solomon, Kansas to George and Lillian Mae Hart Scott, and passed away on Sunday, October 20, 1991 in a local hospital. Mrs. Abbott and her husband, E.M. "Pinky" Abbott, had resided in Wichita, Kansas for over 60 years, where he was employed in the food business at Cessna Aircraft. After retiring, they had moved to the Oklahoma City area to be with her brother. While in Wichita, Kansas she was president of the Women's Golf Association at the Crestview Country Club.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Paul G. Scott of Oklahoma City in 1988. Surviving family includes her husband, E.M. Abbott of the home; a daughter, LaDonna Horwitz of San Mateo, California; a stepson, E.M. Abbott Jr. of Bartlesville, Oklahoma; grandchildren, Sheldon and Michael Greenberg of San Francisco, California; step grandchildren, Michael, Patrick, Laurie, Mary and Christine; several nieces and nephews including Tom Scott of Oklahoma City.
