She married Arthur G. Adams, October 9, 1939, in Hunter. the marriage was solemnized in the Salt Lake LDA Temple April 11, 1981. Arthur preceded her in death May 21, 1999.
"She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where she served in many capacities. She enjoyed genealogy and was called to work in the stake genealogy library. She was a member of the Elsinore Ward and loved to sing. She enjoyed handwork, knitting and crocheting. She was a member of the DUP, Camp Belnap and was also affiliated with the American Legion Auxiliary. She loved family events. Spending time with her family, camping, horseback riding and fishing were cherished events.
"She is survived by children: A. Lynn (Joanne) Adams, Ogden; Nancy Kay Schaelling, Elsinore; E. Kent (Sue) Adams, Aumsville, Ore.; Scott G. (Kim) Adams, Mesa, Ariz.; 21 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters: Lola (Roy) Hardman, Theron (Lauri) Coon, Estella Aston and Evan (Janice) Coon.
"Funeral services were April 22, in the Elsinore LDS Ward chapel.
Interment will take place in the Monroe City Cemetery."
