She is survived by her companion and caregiver, Nigel Pollard; daughter, Nicki Fay Yates; grandson, Davie Hittle; six sisters; and two brothers. Funeral service will be 7 p.m. Friday at Fairdale-McDaniel Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 411 Fairdale Road. Family has chosen cremation. Visitation will be 11 a.m. until time of service.
