Dimple Blanche Carrie was the daughter of Edgar Girard and Lula Williams Carrie of Kennesaw, Cobb County, GA.

On September 15, 1919, D. Blanche Carrie married Henry F. Boston in Fulton County, GA (Fulton County Marriage Book, 1919, p. 447). They were married by L.O. Bricker, M.G.

Blanche and Henry had a daughter named Dimple Blanche and a son named Henry Fink Boston, Jr.

Mrs. D. Blanche, widow of the late Henry F. Boston, Sr., Dallas, Ga. Formerly of Kennesaw, died Jan. 16, 1983. Surviving are her son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Henry F. Boston, Jr., grandsons and wives, Mr. and Mrs. John Boston, Mr. and Mrs. Henry F. Boston, III, two great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Jan. 18 at 10 o'clock at Spring Hill. Rev. William Edwards officiating. Interment, Crest Lawn. H.M. Patterson & Son.
