VICTORIA, Tex., March 5--Funeral services for Mrs. Francis C. Thomas, 28, of Port Lavaca were held here at the residence of her cousin, Mrs. Thomas O'Connor, this afternoon at 2:30 o'clock, and were very largely attended.Reverend Lee Roberts, rector of Trinity Episcopal Church of this city and Rev. L.E. Selfridge, Presbyterian minister of San Antonio, uncle of the deceased, conducted the rites.

Mrs. Thomas was formerly Miss Alexandra (Bounce) Stoner, and was born in Victoria January 19, 1902, the daughter of Idella Lane Stoner the late Washington Hunt Stoner. Her marriage to Mr. Thomas, a leading young ranchman of Calhoun County, took place June 24, 1919. In addition to her husband, she is survived by one son, Frank Carlisle; two daughters, Sybil Rose and Shirley; and four sisters: Eucile (Mrs. Dean R. Matson)of Chicago, Sybil (Mrs. Peter J. Koetting) of Kansas City, Elizabeth (Mrs. James Houston Clarke) of Kansas City, and Edith (Mrs. Tom H. Walton) of Arkansas City, Kansas.
