Fred S. Webster, Sr., 60, formerly of Paris, Ennis, and Dallas, died Wednesday at Austin. Survived by wife, Mrs. Eula Smith Webster; son Fred Jr., and daughter, Carol, all of Austin; sister, Miss Marjorie, and mother, Mrs. J. T. Webster, Sr., both of Fort Worth; two brothers, John T., Jr., Cleburne, and Felix, New Orleans. Services will be held Friday 2 p. m., Guardian Funeral Chapel, 2811 Oak Lawn. Dr. Graham Frank officiating. Interment Grove Hill Cemetery. Pallbearers: W. P. Timms, Arthur H. Wicker, Alfred Emmett, Sloan Smith, Bob covington, Jack Carver, E. S. Harringon, E. C. Smith, Jr.

While his mother, gravely ill at her home in Fort Worth, was unaware that her son had died, Fred S. Webster, 60, cotton man, who formerly lived here and who died Wednesday at Austin, was buried at Grove Hill Cemetery. Services were held at the Guardian Funeral Home.

Mrs. Alice Webster, 86, the mother, was so weak that relatives feared the news of her son's death would cause her death.
