She was born December 15, 1910, in Boone, Iowa, and had lived in Cheyenne most of her life.
She graduated from Boone High School and attended Indianola College in Indianola, Ind.
Munden worked for Memorial Hospital and retired as a clerk in the audit division for the Internal Revenue Service in 1972.
She was a member of Faith United Methodist Church and NARFE.
Munden is survived by her husband; Elmer, whom she married March 14, 1933, in Maryville, Missouri; five daughters; Bonnie Merklin, Donna Cool, Rose Hinze and Judi Kardisco, all of Cheyenne and Frances Bergland of Yorba Linda, Calif.; 12 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and 3 great great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Mary Ann Munden; her parents, Charles and Cora Arrasmith; 1 brother; and 3 sisters.
