Ralph E. Miller, 91, died Aug. 6, 1995, at his residence.
He was born Sept. 3, 1903, in Cromwell, Ind. to Frank and Artie Kaiser Miller. On June 3, 1923, he married Lille Mae Workman, who died Sept. 24, 1989.
Mr. Miller was a member of Lima Baptist Temple. He was an avid fisherman. He was a retired barber after 55 years of service on the downtown square and then on East Market Street.
Survivors include a daughter, Donna Lou (the Rev. Clem) Hixenbaugh of Minster; two sisters, Sadie Kish and Evelyn Johnson, both of Fort Wayne, Ind.; two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a son, Keith Miller; and two sisters, Flossie Cassidy and Mary Hemrick.
Services will begin at 2 p.m. Friday at Gilberg Funeral Home, New Bremen. The Revs. Ronald B. Cannon and C.G. Hixenbaugh will officiate. Burial will be in Spencer Township Cemetery, Spencerville.
Friends may call from 12:30 p.m. until the time of services at the funeral home.
