He was born in Pyatt to Nellie and John Quincy Adams. He pastored churches in California and Arkansas for more than 50 years.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Thelma.

Survivors include two sons, two brothers, 16 grandchildren, and 26 great grandchildren.

He was 88 when he passed away at the Brighton Home Care Center in Rogers, Ar. I have a copy of his obit with his picture.
