OBITUARY

Lillie Olevia Flynt was born to Luther J. and Emma Johnson on December 16, 1883 in Arkansas and passed from this life at Elk City, Okla., on February 18, 1965. She was 81 years, 2 months and 2 days of age.

Mrs. Flynt accepted Christ as her Saviour and was baptized when she was a young girl. She was a Baptist and the last years of her active participation in her church were in the Missionary Baptist church of Leedey.

In the year 1901, she moved with her parents and other members of her family to a farm northwest of Leedey. She lived here until the year 1910, at which time she was united in marriage to Charlie Albright. Mr. and Mrs. Albright continued to reside in the Leedey area and here reared their family. Mr. Albright preceded her in death in 1930. She was again married in 1932 to Jim Flynt, who preceded her in death in 1948.

During Mrs. Flynt's lifetime she was a loving mother to nine children. Four were the children of her first husband, Mr. Albright, but never did it occur to her to make a distinction between children and stepchildren. The same love, care and affection were given to each.

Funeral services were held in the Red Star church at 2 p m. Sunday, February 21, with burial in Red Star Cemetery. Services were arranged and directed by the Shaw funeral home.

Mrs. Flynt leaves to cherish her memory her sons: Orval Albright of Clinton, Okla., Theodore Albright of Cottonwood, Calif., Luther Albright of Leedey, Bernie Albright of Covington, Okla., Carlie Albright of Redondo Beach, Calif., and Asa Albright of Leedey; her daughters, Juanita Large of Kingman, Ariz., Naomi Graybill of Leedey and Eudella Butler of Corpus Christi, Tex.; one sister, Anna Chitwood of Sulphur, Okla.; 21 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, and a host of loving friends.
