In researching Gibsland Cemetery, I ran across a death notice for a child of Mr. and Mrs. Baton Stall. I did not find a listing for a Stall child off the cemetery transcription so I've included it with Elmer Baton Stall's memorial here:

GIBSLAND NEWS

A little boy was born to Mr. and Mrs. Baton Stall, Wednesday of last week, but lived only a short time. Friends sympathize with them in the loss of their little one.

Obituary in The Bienville Democrat June 12, 1941:

Funeral services for E.B. Stall, 47, who died Saturday in a Haynesville sanitarium of injuries said to have been inflicted by himself, were held Sunday at the Gibsland Baptist Church with Rev. A.M. Herrington of Haynesville, assisted by Re. Hogan Hunter of Gibsland, officiating. Interment was in the Gibsland Cemetery under the direction of Kerlin Funeral Home of Homer. Active pallbearers were King Murphy, Foster Taylor, Ashford Wilcox, C.J. Ketcham, F.B. Fields, and Mr. Dawson. Honorary pallbearers were members of the American Legion.

Mr. Stall is survived by his wife; father and step-mother, Mr. and Mrs. W.B. Stall of Gibsland; five brothers, L.C. Stall, C.P. Stall, H.P. Stall, and William Stall of Gibsland, and Lee Stall of Sterlington; and one sister, Miss Helen Stall of Gibsland. Mr. Stall, a World War veteran, was a member of the Baptist Church.
