New Market (Special)--Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at the Baptist church for Mrs Martha Anderson, 76, a native of New Market. Rev E.L. Field was in charge. Interment was made in Memory cemetery.
Mrs Anderson died Thursday afternoon at her home after a lingering illness. She is survived by eight children.
Among those present for the funeral were Mr and Mrs Walter Elgers of Gravity, Addie and Daisy Elgers, Mr and Mrs Albert Elgers, Clyde and Roy Elgers, all of Oklahoma, Mr and Mrs Fleharty, of Creston, Rhoda Updike and Grandma Pullan, Mr and Mrs Charley Lepold of Des Moines, Mr and Mrs Lee Robert and son, Robert, of Corydon, William Stout of Illinois.
