Ms. Mable Johnson Jenkins, 96, of Jefferson SC, passed away on Monday, May 23, 2011 in Monroe, NC.
Ms. Jenkins is the daughter of the late Charlie and Agnes Todd Johnson. She is predeceased by her husband, Furman Jenkins, brothers, Osby Johnson, Alton Johnson, Cleo Johnson and Rufus Johnson.
Ms. Jenkins is survived by her son, Justin Jenkins (Holly) of Hilton Head, SC, daughter Frances Smith of Jefferson, SC, Numerous Nieces and Nephews, sisters, Marie Piggott of Raleigh, NC, Mildred Johnson of Jefferson, SC, Mamie Jones of Jefferson, SC, Maynell Outen of Mint Hill, NC, grandchildren, Heath Morrison, Brett Jenkins, and John Jenkins.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2:30 PM Wednesday, May 25, 2011 at Macedonia Baptist Church. Burial to follow at Jefferson Town Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 1:30 – 2:30 PM Wednesday, May 25, 2011 at Macedonia Baptist Church.
