Rehon was the adopted daughter of Ernest Ralph (Uncle Joe-K) Koehler and Clara L Coleman. Her parents were George Ross Briggs and Mary Melisa Coleman. Her father passed in 1919 and her mother passed in 1917. Clara was Mary's sister.

Mrs. Rehon Koehler Wisner, Daughter of Twin Falls Mayor. Dies

The Episcopal funeral service will be read at the Reynolds funeral chapel at 2 o'clock Friday afternoon for Mrs. Rehon Koehler Wisner, wife of Max Wisner of Alameda, Calif. and daughter of Joe Koehler, Twin Falls mayor, and Mrs. Koehler.
Mrs. Wisner died early Wednesday morning at an Alameda hospital from pneumonia complications following an operation last, Thursday. Only a few hours before word of her death came here, Mr. Koehler had been advised of improvement in her condition.
Mrs. Koehler, who had traveled to California by plane to be at the bedside of her daughter, will accompany the body here, arriving at Wells, Nev. at 1:30 o'clock this afternoon. Others in the party will be Mr. Wisner; Miss Margaret Jeffers, a cousin of Mrs. Wisner, and Lieut. Roy Graves of the Presidio of San Francisco.
Funeral services Friday afternoon will be conducted by Rev. Innis L. Jenkins, vicar of Ascension Episcopal church. Burial will be in Twin Falls cemetery.
Mrs. Wisner, who would have been 27 years old next April 14, died the day following her second wedding anniversary. She was married to Mr. Wisner at Reno, Nev., Feb 4. 1939.
She was a graduate of Twin Falls high school and also the University of Utah at Salt Lake City where she was active in dramatic circles. Her sorority was Alpha Delta Pi. She was a member of the Episcopal church.
Besides her parents, she is survived by one sister, Mrs. Bessie Louise Lloyd of Arlington, Va.
A cousin, Mrs. Jack Christensen of Sheridan, Wyo., and Mr. Christensen are expected to attend the funeral services.
