BISCOE - Lucy Allen Stowe, 83, of Australia Land Road, Hatteras, died Friday, Nov. 21, 2008, at Autumn Care of Biscoe.
Miss Stowe was born on Hatteras to the late Freeman and Lucy Gaskill Stowe.
She was a meteorologist in Dare County.
She is survived by two sisters: Linda Farrow of Kill Devil Hills and Catherine Styron of Hatteras; and several nieces and nephews.
A service will be scheduled at a later date in Hatteras. The family will be at the home of Ken and Ruby Creason, Big Oak Church Road, Eagle Springs. The family is being served by Phillips Funeral Home, in Star.
