A ranch hand arrived here yesterday from Mr. Boughton's ranch on Bear Creek with the lifeless remains of Daniel Bryant, one of the employees of Ex-Mayor Boughton. The ranch hand reports that Bryant was killed during a quarrel with Ed Boughton, the foreman of the ranch, on Tuesday morning at nine o'clock. For some unexplained reason the two men became involved in a dispute, which ended in blows ; Bryant, being armed with a shovel, attacked Boughton, who, drawing a revolver, shot him, the ball entering at the right side. Bryant was brought to this city, but died on the way, about two hours before the team reached Cheyenne. A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Boughton.
