Mrs. Nancy Minnich Is Taken By Death

Death Occurs Thursday Night Following Illness Of Few Hours

Mrs. Nancy M. Minnich, 65, wife of Samuel Minnich, south of Bluffton, died at 11:20 Thursday night in her home. She had been ill only a few hours, suffering from a hemorrhage of the brain.

Born in Miami county, Ohio, on March 14, 1868, she moved a few years later with her parents to Delaware county, Ind., and in 1905 they came to Wells county. Her marriage was solemnized on Feb. 26, 1887, at Eaton.

Surviving are a daughter and two sons, Mrs. Mary E. Poling, Adams county, Oscar E. and John E. Minnich, Wells county, 13 grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. A daughter and two sons are deceased.

Three sisters and a brother surviving are Mrs. Mollie Barber, Ridgeville; Mrs. Ida Casper, Gaston; Ms. Rosa Cartwright, California, Lee Grump, Delaware county and Warren Grump, Penn.

Funeral services will be held at 11:30 Sunday morning at the home and 2 o'clock at the Maple Grove Church of the Brethren, Delaware county, of which she has been a member form childhood.
