Alma was born on July 29,1933 in Stanberry, Wisconsin to parents, John and Junia (Johnson) Pfister. She attended schools in Stanberry and at a early age went to work at the Hayward Hotel. She married Casper G. Wallace when she was 17 and they later moved to Minnesota where Alma worked as a laborer for Viking Drill and later for Ideal Security. She also worked as a waitress at Mickey's Diner in St. Paul.
Alma is survived by her children, Casper (Amy) Wallace, Jr. of Clarksville, TN; Terrill (Bruce) Cable of Lakeville; Stephanie (Jeff) Cardinal of Cologne and Mona (Tom) Olson of Lindstrom; her eight grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, huband, Casper in 2003; her grandson, Steven Moryn and her 12 brothers and sisters.
