The marriage of Miss Frances Weston Sellers, oldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. M. Sellers, to James Boyd Johnston, son of Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Johnston, was quietly solemnized Saturday morning at 10 o'clock at the home of the bride's parents in Hillcrest , with the Rev. T. A. Binford reading the impressive service before a group of relatives and immediate friends.
The bride was gowned becomingly in a navy blue ensemble with tan accessories. She carried a corsage of lovely pink roses.
The couple left immediately after the ceremony for a two weeks trip to San Antonio and San Saba.
Mr. and Mrs. Johnston are well known here. Both are graduates of the Corpus Christi high school. Mrs. Johnston attended the College of Industrial Arts last year. Mr.Johnston in connected with the Corpus Christi Hardware company.
