Mrs. Beck died at 5:20 p.m. Wednesday at Lake Park Hospital, Sylvania, where she had been a patient for about two months.
She was born Nov. 3, 1899, in Gilboa to B.F. and Effie (Spitler) Eck. She married Roy Beck on Oct. 14, 1951 and he died Dec. 9, 1958.
Surviving are two step daughters, Mrs. Francis (Minnie) Hermon, Deshler, Mrs. Donald (Joann) Fell, Fostoria; three sisters, Nellie Epley, Ottawa; Doris Dearth, Gilboa; Violet Hammond, Findlay; four step grandchildren; and two step grandchildren.
Mrs. Beck was a homemaker. She was a member of McComb Church of Christ, the church's Christian Worker's Group, Shawtown Grange and Pomona Grange.
