Daughter of George A. and Maggie D.(Sisson) Gault, Georgia grew up in Leedey where she met Elmer Chapman. They were married on Aug. 7, 1933 at Enid, OK. One daughter, Deloris Jean, was born to this union.
After living in Enid for several years they moved to a farm near Breckinridge to be near their daughter.
Funeral services were at the Henninger-Allen Chapel officiated by the Rev. Kenneth File.
In addition to her husband and daughter, Mrs. Chapman was survived by her son-in-law, E. J. Maly, and three grandchildren - Deanna, Stephen and Daniel and his wife, Janice. Also one great-granddaughter, Brittany.
