Glenn Kile Rites Held

Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. today in Shreveport for Glenn A. Kile, 73, of Shreveport, a step brother of Mrs. Rufus Fruge of Opelousas.

Kile was found dead at his home Monday at 9:15 p.m. Death was due to natural causes. He was a retired independent landman for the oil and gas industry.

Funeral services were held at the Osborne Funeral Home Chapel and burial was in Shreveport. Kile was a World War I veteran and a member of the First Methodist Church of Shreveport.

He is survived by his widow, a daughter, Mrs. Glenn Bubela of San Antonio, Tex.; one son, Michael Kile of Longview, Tex.; two half sisters, Mrs. Dorothy Moreland of Gonzales and Mrs. Peggy Halter of Port Arthur, Tex.; two step brothers, Joseph Dupuy of Orange, Tex., and Wilbur Dupuy of New Orleans; a step sister, Mrs. Fruge and three grandchildren.
