Dale Edwin Schutters, Jr., was born on August 11, 1947, in Davenport, a son of Dale Schutters, Sr., and Helen (Conger) Banks. He was married to Mary E. Puente, she passed away in 2003. In his free time, he enjoyed movies, reading about history and playing NASCAR games on his Playstation, he truly loved to go fast! Dale also loved his boys, and held everyone he met in high regard and treated them with a professional demeanor. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
Memorials may be made to the family.
