Graveside services for Mrs. Florence Romney Lieber, 77, of 3820 Fairfield Ave. will be held at 11 a.m. Sunday in Greenwood Cemetery.

Rabbi David Lefkowitz and Rabbi Richard Zionst of B'nai Zion Temple will officiate. Arrangements are under the direction of the Osborn Funeral Home.

Mrs. Lieber died at 5:45 p.m. Thursday in Schumpert Medical Center after a short illness.

A resident of Shreveport for 54 years, she was a native of Colonia Juarez, Mexico.

She attended the University of Utah and was affiliated with B'nai Zion Temple in Shreveport, where she served on many committees.

Her activities included service as a vice president of the board of the Home for the Aged and as a member of the Shreveport Beautification Foundation and the Council of Jewish Women-B'nai Zion Sisterhood.

Survivors include her husband, Isadore Lieber; one daughter, Mrs. M. E. Weber of Shreveport; one son, Miles H. Lieber of Shreveport; two brothers, Gordon Romney of El Paso, Tex., and Keith Romney of Las Cruces, N.M.; four sisters, Mrs. Gerald Johnson of Bronxville, N.Y., Mrs. W. A. Phypher and Mrs. Rulon Biddulph, both of Phoenix, Ariz., and Mrs. Elmer Noall of Santa Rosa, Calif.; and six grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Armond Roos Jr., Henry Weisman Jr., Dr. S. L. Lieber, Dr. Joseph Shavin, Melvin Bauer and Milton Burke.
