INDIANAPOLIS - Lawrence H. LAWSON, 91, died Thursday, Aug. 15, 1991, at Coventry Village in Indianapolis. He owned and operated the Standard Oil and Sinclair stations in Fairfield for 26 years before retiring in 1962. Lawson married Edythe M. LOONEY in September 1922. He was a member of the Fairfield First United Methodist Church and a former member of the Fairfield Lions Club. Surviving are his wife; two sons, Kenneth LAWSON and Donald LAWSON; 14 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday at Coventry Village Chapel, 8400 Clearvista Place, Indianapolis. Memorials may be made to the Castleton United Methodist Church or the American Cancer Society. Flanner and Buchanan Shade and Mortuary is in charge of arrangements. (Bio thanks to R. K. Thompson)
