STANLEY CIEZKI
Of 3214 S. 13 St., aged 83, retired painting contractor. Of cancer Wednesday at home. Born in Poland and came to Milwaukee in 1887. Started working as painter at age 15. In 1918 went into business for himself at 1874 W. Windlake av. He retired in 1947. Survived by wife, Blanche; two daughters, Mrs. Stanley Thomas, with whom he lived, Mrs. John Kuhr; son Ervin; two brothers, Anton and Joseph; two sisters, Mrs. Anna Stelter and Miss Margaret Ciezki, all Milwaukee.
Services 8:30 a.m. Saturday at Kordys, 1501 W. Lincoln av, 9 a.m. SS Cyril & Methodius Catholic church, 1547 W. Windlake av. Burial St. Adalbert's.
