He was born May 28, 1951 to Kenneth and Jerellene Baldwin. He is preceded in death by father, Kenneth; both grandparents; two brothers; aunts and uncles.
He is survived by his mother, Jerellene; two daughters, Charlet Baldwin, of Oklahoma City, and Laura Baldwin, of Stillwater; two brothers; and two sisters.
Honorary pallbearers will be Kenneth P. Baldwin Jr., Everett German, Peter German, David Alender, Jr, William Baldwin, and Andy German.
