The family apparently immigrated in 1880 (according to her brother's record in the 1910 census) and she married Eibe Friedrich Adickes in St. John Ev. Lutheran Church on 19 Dec 1882.
It is unknown whether the parents (Heinrich & Anna) immigrated along with the 3 children or if the children immigrated alone or perhaps with just their father if Anna died in Germany before 1880. It is possible that one or both parents may be buried at Murphy Cemetery in Victoria County since some or all of the Ahrens children apparently lived on the Murphy Ranch for a time after their immigration.
