Victor Dean Adams Jr., 69, of Elberta, died Sunday, May 15, 2011. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and a graduate of Jones College. He was employed by the City of Orange Beach as a maintenance supervisor. Survivors include daughter, Courtney (Richard) Reilly of Jacksonville, Fla.; son, Timothy Watson Adams of Grove Hill; and four grandchildren. A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are by Cason Funeral Service, Foley.

ADAMS Victor Deane Adams, Jr. (Tim) of Elberta, Alabama passed away peacefully on May 15, 2011 after complications from a recent illness.

Tim was born on July 8, 1941 to Marie H. and Victor D. Adams, Sr. in East Orange, New Jersey. Tim attended DuPont High School and graduated from Jones College, both in Jacksonville, Florida. He was a former member of the U. S. Air Force and was employed with the City of Orange Beach, Alabama at the time of his death. Tim loved to fish and hunt.

Tim was preceded in death by his mother, Marie A. Puckett; father, Victor D. Adams, Sr.; stepfather, Kennet Puckett and brother, William L. Adams.

He is survived by his daughter, J. Courtney Reilly (Richard) of Jacksonville, Florida and son, T. Watson Adams of Grove Hill, Alabama; grandchildren, Mackenzie A. Reilly, Hunter G. Reilly, Aydan W. Reilly and T. Maddox Adams.
A memorial service is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. on Friday, July 8, 2011 at All Saints Episcopal Church, 4175 Hendricks Avenue, Jacksonville, Florida, Father Gerald G. Alexander officiating. A reception will immediately follow in Rogers Hall.
