Mary Young Taylor, wife of John W. Taylor, died at her home, 323Twenty-second Street, yesterday afternoon at 4:30 p.m. of general debility. She was born in Northumberland, England, January 18, 1833 and married on May 5, 1862. Mr. and Mrs. Taylor emigrated to Utah shortly after their marriage arriving in Ogden October 8, 1863, with the Thomas Ricks Company, after eight weeks for the journey across the plains. She is survived by her husband, one daughter, Mrs. Isabella Hill; one son, William Taylor; eleven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held in the Third Ward meeting house on Friday, June 13, at 2 p.m. The body may be viewed Thursday and Friday up to the time of the funeral
