Peggy Biggers Little, of Charlotte, NC, died Friday morning, February 18, 2000 at Presbyterian Wesley Care Center following a long illness. Born January 27, 1928, she was the daughter of the late Norris Howard Biggers and Rosa Williams Biggers She attended the Charlotte city schools and was married in 1948 to Joseph P. Little. Their 50th anniversary was on September 10, 1998. Peggy and Joe operated Jo Little Hi-Fi Center for many years, with Peggy managing the record department until her health forced her complete retirement in 1984. Mrs. Little was very active in the WIBC league bowling at Coliseum Lanes in the late 1960's and when illness caused her to give up bowling in 1970, she was one of the five top Charlotte women bowlers. Peggy was a member of Hawthorne Lane United Methodist Church, having been a member of the official board, and for many years she and Joe were the communion stewards of the church.
