Miss Blow is survived by three nieces, Mrs. Edward Jeffcoat, of Edgartown, MA., Mrs. Winston D. Gravatt, of Richmond, and Mrs. Sheldon Sargeant, of Norfolk, and two nephews, William Ragland of Winnipeg, Canada, and Cargill R. Blow, of Winter Haven.
