Anna Frances Roberts Rhodes, 73, died Saturday, May 14, 2011, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo. She was born September 3, 1937, in Myrtle to Aubrey Roberts and Dossie Moody Roberts. She was a Retired Pharmacy Technician; a Member of the Retail Clerks Union and a Bonne Bell Beauty Consultant. She was a Member of the West Heights Baptist Church in Pontotoc.
She and her Husband, Charles, were Charter Members of Lakeview Baptist Church in Vermilion, Ohio, where she served as a Sunday School Teacher and Director of the Women's Missionary Union. Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. today at United Funeral Service Chapel in New Albany with Rev. Dan Robertson officiating.
Burial will be in the Glenfield Memorial Park. She is survived by her Husband, Charles Everett Rhodes of Pontotoc; a Daughter, Gina Ashline and Husband, Dan, of San Antonio, TX; a Son, Jeffrey Rhodes and Wife, Carla, of Pontotoc; a Sister, Annie Mae Canerdy of Tupelo; six Grandchildren, Michael, Brooke, Abbie, Casey, Sean and Chad; and five Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her Parents; a Sister, Daisy Fay Berryhill; and a Brother, William Carol Roberts.
