EDWARD C. HART

E. C. Hart, 67, died Tuesday morning at a local hospital. Home was at Reinhardt, Texas. Survived by wife, Mrs. E. H. Hart of Reinhardt; three sons, J. W., N. E., and N. C. Hart of Reinhardt, Texas; eight daughters, Mrs. Annie Tompkins of Seminole, Oklahoma; Mrs. Minnie Ogle of Corpus Christi, Mrs. Effie Batley, Mrs. Irene Easley, Mrs. Pat Wiseman, and Mrs. Leslie French, all of Dallas; Mrs. A. R. Poole of Richardson, Mrs. Fannie Winborn of Dallas; two brothers, and one sister of Dallas. Services Wednesday 10 a. m. at the residence at Reinhardt. Interment in Grove Hill Cemetery.

PIONEER CITIZEN DIED TUESDAY

Tuesday morning E. C. Hart of Reinhardt died in a sanitarium at Dallas. Mr. Hart was a pioneer citizen of Dallas County and was president of the Reinhardt State Bank at the time of his death.

Mr. Hart was the son of Abraham Hart, a native of Tennessee who came to Dallas in 1884. The original Hart residence stood on the site now occupied by the Dallas County courthouse. Mr. Hart was born on his father's farm, which is now a part of the Munger Place addition, and has lived in Dallas County all his life.

Mr. Hart is survived by his wife; three sons, J. M., N. E., and Norman Hart of Reinhardt; eight daughters, Mrs. Annie Conkin of Hobart, OK., Mrs. Minnie Ogle of Corpus Christi, Mrs. Frances Winborn of New Orleans, Mrs. A. R. Pool of Richardson, Mrs. Elsie Bailey, Mrs. Irene Easley, Mrs. Kate Wiseman and Mrs. Ophelia French, all of Dallas; and two brothers J. E. Hart of Reinhardt and Frank Hart of Dallas.
