Ted S. Berry, 73, passed away on July 16, 2008 at his home in Roseburg, Ore.

Born March 15, 1935 in Mooresville, he was the son of the late Ted and K'Lee Berry. He is survived by his wife, Beth Hobbs Berry; his daughter, Cindy Berry of Roseburg, Ore.; his sisters, Agnes Hunter Smith of Reno, Nev. and Dean Berry Christie of Mooresville; his brother, Jean P. Berry of Durham; grandsons, Steven Stacey of Virginia Beach, Va. and Andrew Berry of Wilmington. His son, Richard, preceded him in death in 2001.
