According to research done by Earl Lester Bogan and others and as published on his ancestrial tree, I report to you the following information. John Bogan was living near his son Isaac Bogan when Isaac wrote his Will on 22 April 1803. This was in Union Co, SC. John was believed to be born in Edinburgh, Scotland, and died near Bogansville, Union Co, SC. He married Hannah Jane Griest on May 21, 1750 in New Castle, Wilmington, Delaware. His death was noted as 28 Nov 1803.
