Hazel Gary Brown, Oklahoma City, 80, died October 10, 1986, at Baptist Hospital after a long illness. She was born in Greeley Colorado, and moved to Bristow Oklahoma in 1920, then moved to Oklahoma City in 1934. She was retired from Local Federal Savings and Loan as head of the tax department for many years. Past President of P.T.A. of Capitol Hill Junior and Senior High Schools. Member of Church of the New Life.
Survived by: daughters, Mrs. Claude (Virginia) Birdsell and Mrs. Gene (Alice) Johnson; two grandsons, Kenneth Birdsell, Oklahoma City, Steven Johnson, Summit New Jersey; 2 great-granddaughters, Ashley Dawn Birdsell and Alison Theresa Johnson. Graveside services will be 3pm Monday, 10-14-85 in Rose Hill Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Church of The New Life, directed by Hahn-Cook/Street and Draper.
