Mrs. McIlwain Dies Sunday
Mrs. Hilda Leota McIlwain, 61, formerly of Rushville, died at the home of a daughter, Mrs. John Metcalf, Oak Ridge, Tenn., Saturday midnight following a heart attack suffered earlier. She had lived with her daughter for several years.
She was born in Decatur County February 16, 1890, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Woodrow (sic) Ketchum. She had lived in Rushville the most of her life and was the widow of Bert McIlwain.
Survivors include two sons, Franklin McIlwain of Rushville and Ernest McIlwain of Martinsville; the daughter at whose home she died; three grandchildren, Stephen McIlwain of Martinsville, and John Franklin and James Metcalf of Tennessee.
Funeral services will be held at Moster Mortuary Tuesday afternoon at 4 o'clock, burial following in East Hill Cemetery. Friends may call after 4 o'clock this afternoon.
