Mrs. Meda M. Hall, 100, of Searcy formerly of Tuckerman died Thursday, December 27, 2007. She was born November 18, 1907 in Jackson County the daughter of John Monroe Bacon and Ollie Clementine (Gaither) Farmer. Mrs. Hall was a homemaker and a charter member of the Faith Assembly of God Church of Tuckerman. She was saved at the age of twenty and was a secretary of the church for many years. Mrs. Hall loved the Lord and was a wonderful mother, she taught her children to love the Lord. She enjoyed crocheting and cooking. Mrs. Hall was preceded in death by her first husband, Noah McManners; her second husband, Ralph Hall; one son, Billy Gene McManners; two brothers, William Bacon and Kenneth Broadwater; and two sisters, Pearl Compton and Virgie Robinson. She is survived by three daughters, Mildred White of Searcy, Arkansas, Juanita Rousey of El Dorado, Kansas and Ollie Katherine Puckett of Tuscan, Arizona; eleven grandchildren; twenty-five great grandchildren; nineteen great great grandchildren and three step children. Pallbearers will be Bill Johnson, David Rousey, Jerry Bise, Jr., Gary Joslin, Jr., Doug King and Jonah Tanui. Honorary pallbearers will be Scott Anderson, Mike Anderson, Richard Anderson, Charley Stotts, Stephen Rousey and Alfredo Najera.

Funeral service was 2:00 p.m. Monday, December 31, 2007 at the Faith Assembly of God Church in Tuckerman with Rev. David Decker and Rev. Brandon Gates officiating. Interment was in Cheshier Cemetery.
