Born May 19, 1912, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Amy Baker.
She and her husband ran a feed mill for her father in Alfordsville, IN and later built a nursing home in Washington. She was a writer, and she produced poetry and published a book, "Enid A Country Girl."
Survivors include: nine daughters and four sons; one sister; 51 grandchildren and numerous other relatives in Harrodsburg and Mackville.
She was preceded in death by four sisters and five brothers.
The funeral was held Saturday, July 30 at First Christian Church in Washington, IN. Burial was in the Christian cemetery north of Alfordsville
