William P. Cartmell, 83, of Route 1, Winslow, died Monday in a local hospital. Born Aug. 18, 1886 in Missouri, He was a retired farmer and a veteran of World War I. Survivors are one brother, Roy of Winslow and one sister, Mrs. Mamie Bassett of Fayetteville. Arrangements will be announced by the Watson Mortuary.
