CENTERVILLE-Grace M. Hiatt, 89, of Brownsville, died Tuesday morning at Fayette Memorial Hospital, Connersville, after a brief illness.
She was a native and lifelong resident of Union County and was the widow of Chester Hiatt, who died in 1961.
Survivors include two daughters, Ruby Ryan of Victorville, Calif., and Marjorie Graves of North Manchester; three sons, Hobart Baker of Rockford, Ohio, Donald Baker of Richmond and David Baker of Brownsville; three step-sons, Donald and Robert Hiatt, both of Liberty and Dale Hiatt of Texas; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Funeral service for Grace M. Hiatt will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 3, at Mills Funeral Home in Centerville, with the Pastor Don Bremmer officiating. Burial will be in Abington Cemetery. Friends may call one hour before the service at the funeral home.
