Wilder P. Brougher passes suddenly Friday afternoon at home of nephew in Winifred.
Stricken by a heart attack about 2 o'clock Friday afternoon, Wilder P. Brougher, widely known and a long-time resident of Winifred died a few minutes later at the home of his nephew, Earl Hunt, in Winifred.
Mr. Brougher was a carpenter and had carried on his trade in Winifred for many years, being highly respected by all residents of that community and surrounding territory.
He was 72 years of age and besides the widow is survived by two daughters.
Arrangements for the funeral had not been completed Friday night, the body being brought to the Creel mortuary here for preparation. Fergus County Democrat, February 1, 1936
