Benjamin Julian Burt, aged 20, senior at the North High School, died early yesterday morning of Meningitis at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Benjamin Burt, 1100 Neil Avenue. He had been ill seven weeks, and had not been in good health for nearly a year. Soon after the holidays he was taken to Hunt's hospital, but when meningitis developed recently he was taken home, and death followed soon.
He played end and quarterback on the North High football team; was a member of the Phi Sigma Phi Fraternity, and was president of the Karamba Dancing Club.
Besides his parents he is survived by two brothers, Russell, an O.S.U. Senior, and Arthur, a student of North High. Funeral services will be held tomorrow afternoon, with interment at Green Lawn.
