AUGUST RADUE, an old resident of the county died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Charles Sell at Rio Creek, at half-past four o'clock last Tuesday afternoon, Dec. 19, from the infirmtes due to old age.
Decease was a native of Pommern, Germany, born Auggust 5, 1840. He was married to MISS MINNIE LOHF, in the old country in 1864. He came to this county in 1868, settling in what is now the town of Luxemburg, but at that time the town was Casco.
Deceased was the father of ten children, six of whom survive. His wife preceded him to the grave in 1897. The children are; MRS. CHS. SELL of Rio Creek; MR. J. H. DICKE of Mishicott; FRED RADUE of Green Bay, MRS. KOLHOEFER of Ingalls, Michigan; MRS. HARMOND and MRS. V. MOSSTEDT of Ashland.
The funeral services will be held this (Friday) afternoon at 1 o'clock from the Sell house and at 2 o'clock from the Lutheran Church at Rankin. Rev. Braem officiating.
