After the death of her daughter, twelve years ago, she came to Angola and has since made her home with her niece, Mrs. Ellen Patterson. She was quiet and unassuming in life
and died, July 14, 1900, with faith in Christ and hope of a resurrection. Short funeral services were held at the home, conducted by Elder Medbury, after which the remains were taken to Jamestown for burial and where a funeral sermon was preached by Rev. Frost.
