LAKEWOOD, Colo.---Local services are pending for Valeria Stoutenger, 56, Lakewood, Colo. She died April 14, 1986, in a Denver hospital.

She was born Feb. 5, 1930, in Dickens County, Texas, where she lived until she came to Carlsbad 34 years ago. She was a saleswoman at Penny's and active in Epworth Methodist Church while here. She moved to Lakewood, Colo. 14 years ago. She was a member of the Methodist Church in Lakewood and was very active in genealogical studies.

She is survived by her husband, Allan Stoutenger, Lakewood, Colo.; two sons, David Mayfield, Lubbock, Texas, and Alan Mayfield, Dickens, Texas; two step-sons, Wayne Stoutenger, Valley Forge, Penn., and Gary Stoutenger, Denver, Colo.; one daughter, Brenda Mayfield, Dayton, Texas; her mother, Flora Rich, Afton, Texas; two brothers, Robert Rich, Salt Lake City, Utah, and Lester Rich, Carlsbad; three sisters, Allenen Houston, Carlsbad, Dorothy Ball, Odessa, Texas, and Patsy Fuchs, Ft. Worth, Texas; and nine grandchildren.

Denton Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

STOUTENGER

Services for Valeria Stoutenger, 56, Lakewood, Colo., will be held Friday at 10 a.m. at the Denton Funeral Home Chapel. She died April 14, 1986, in Denver, Colo. The Rev. John Ward of the Bethel Baptist Church will officiate and burial will follow in Sunset Gardens Memorial Park.

Her nephews will serve as pallbearers.
