CLEBURNE- D. C. Garner, a butane truck driver and owner of Garner & Son Propane Co. of Cleburne, Texas, died Wednesday at a Fort Worth hospital. He was 80.

Funeral will be at 10 a. m. Saturday at Croiser - Pearson - Mayfield Funeral Home in Cleburne.Burial will be in Watts Chapel Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p. m.tonight at the funeral home.

MR. GARNER was a native Texan.

Survivor: Wife, Alyne Garner of Cleburne; son, Danny Garner of Cleburne; eight daughters, Fran Baber and Carolyn Clayton, both of Whitney, Sylvia Higgins of Trophy Club, Sandra Moore, Linda Bullard and Dianne Reno, all of Cleburne, Barbara Kimbrell of Granbury and Glenda Tubbs of Blum; sister Maxine Day of Arizona; 43 grandchildren; 62 great - grandchildren; and six great - great - grandchildren.
